No internet light on hub

For the past day and a half the Internet light on my hub has been off, I have tried all the usual fixes and nothing happens at all.

Hi there,
It looks like the connection was dropping in and out before going off altogether:
Given that and what you've mentioned it does seem like an issue with the router.
The hardware we supplied you with is out of warranty now unfortunately, however if you speak to our customer options guys on 0800 432 0200 they should be able to arrange something for you.
