New router

I have been a plusnet customer for 15mnts and my router is having problems with the amount of internet traffic my family is useing.
we have had a line check done 2 times now and they have found no fault with this infact they say we have great speed.
We have rebooted the router on sevseral ocations but it still cuts off intermedatly.
Thats why i think the router is nooooooooo good.I know if your still under 12mnts you can have a new one but were just over with 15mnts.????

Hi jonnywhite,
when you say it cuts off, do you mean it reboots, disconnects wireless or disconnects the internet?
