New customer with red internet light

Hi, my internet finally went live at about 8pm tonight (after being cancelled by my old provider at 11am) but upon plugging in the router I now have a solid red internet light. I have tried restarting the router to no avail. I’m currently working from home so this is a massive issue for me to be without connection and of course all customer service avenues are closed/busy

@Laurastokoe89 Welcome to the forums. If you only went 'live' yesterday evening, it can take up to midnight for all the automated systems to mesh. If you still have a problem today, reply back here and we may be able to help.
