Re: New Community Skin (Take 2)

Sorry - forgot the attachment.
I expected two lines of 72 pt text - but didn't get it.
See attachment.

Re: New Community Skin (Take 2)

The problem is at your end - as my screen shot showed I get both fonts displayed at 72pt.

Another box that could probably do with a tweak.

Yes I see - but why? I haven't seen any font problems before.

I thought the spurious box under the subject when creating a new topic or starting a new poll was supposed to have been removed?

This has now been fixed.

Is the removal of Insert Photo from Flickr... deliberate or an oversight?

Semi-deliberate. The person who implemented it is on holiday at the moment, and I'm not sure how he actually implemented it.

What is the asterisk under some users rank? There also under my name appears to be a link to a duff image (http://community.beta.plus.net/forum/Themes/plusnet-new/images/bsani5.gif) when I look at the source.

The rank image is missing from the server, so it's not able to find it, and the * appears to be the alt text.

You're (probably) using Linux (as it's the only OS I can reproduce it on) which is substituting a different font for 'Times' which doesn't appear to stretch to 72pt - it works fine for me on Windows.

Re: New Community Skin (Take 2)

Yes indeed - it is indeed Linux (Ubuntu) - it's got fonts coming out of it's ears! Lots of postscript fonts and piles of ttf fonts. I suppose Times is not considered a free font.
Thanks for the info.

The combi-box is too narrow to display the s of always.

Year Combi-box at the bottom of the calendar is still too narrow.
September doesn't fit in the Month drop-down
(You'll forgive two issues in one post I hope!)

Another miss-sized box to adjust - this time when posting.

Hopefully, these should all be fixed now.

Does it really need to go to 4 decimal places in the Most Popular Boards By Activity table?

Should now be fixed.

Re: New Community Skin (Take 2)

The Home page links back to the portal down the right-hand side still separate Plusnet, F9 and Free-online. However now we have a single forum for these VISPs they should all point to www.plus.net.

On the home page in Internet Explorer v6 with a Screen resolution of 800x600 Pixels, the Banner stretches the bottom of the page.
