With regards to the SNR reset that you may request, when we do this it also restarts your initial 10 day training period on your line.

Re: My speed gone lower

The SNR reset on 20CN and 21CN happens in a different manner, plus it's only recently we've actually been officially allowed to request an SNR reset.

Re: My speed gone lower

Anyone who had a DG834Gv4 that ever did any online gamin?
This router seems to help my noise so far, but its giving me a problem with online games
Firstly game browser servers for a few different games just dont work properly, they are very slow and only find a few servers. If you leave it running though, it finds more very slowly though and they come back with massive pings to them. While I am in game there is lag, delays after every action and it stutters too. The old crappy speedtouch as we called it seems to be better for gaming  Cry Hopefully someone knows what goin on and can help fix this
Excuse this spam but is there anything not normal with these tracerts. There is a delay after the first line before the second line appears. Happend for all of them, kind of the same delay time as it is in games. Could this have anything to do with it?

Re: My speed gone lower

I think I'll ask Jim to move your post on this to the Gamers board as it is more relevant there on these specifics (see my PM). I don't think there's anything wrong with the Netgear. Asbo is one man to help, he uses a netgear. Your tracert observations aren't specific to you or the netgear.

Re: My speed gone lower

I'm glad that that's all sorted then, I'll cancel the suggestion to move, but I didn't want to lose sight of the primary issue in this thread. Gaming has a lot of specifics of it's own and is probably best dealt with in it's own thread on the Gamers board where there lots of guys & girls that will be able to help on those points.
How about some current stats then and a noise graph?

Re: My speed gone lower

Well there you go, all that messing and it looks as though the Target SNRM has gone upto 9, well at least I hope that's the case because at least that's easily resolvable. We're not going to discover that or whether the problem is still present until you leave it alone and stop messing.
Edit: It does show them some where, I can't remember, I'm sure OldJim can tell us if you don't find them. Just look in slow time, they will be totally meaningless at this point anyway with all the reboots and everything.
