Re: Loyal Customer offer

I think they must still be on roll-out : I've not received mine yet and I've definitely got no outstanding differed fees - I've been with Metronet for years (longer even than James I think Wink )

I guess that they are leaving us moderators to last, so that there are no accusations of favouritism.
As I have not received an offer either.

Re: Loyal Customer offer

Maybe you will get something out of it eventually.
I've just received my first discount but had to pass it on to the 'person' who pays for my broadband. So I actually get nothing  Sad

Fraid not Bill.  I beat you by 52 days.
If there are those interested in taking on the loyalty offer, they are welcome to raise a ticket requesting it and I'll make sure it's done.
If you're a PlusNet customer, you should be able to use this link.
I don't know what the Metronet address is off the top of my head though.

Re: Loyal Customer offer

Does signing up for this offer mean that you have to change packages.  I want to remain on my existing package.

Re: Loyal Customer offer

If you have any deferred fees within the last year (including a move) you will not be able to take up the offer.

Re: Loyal Customer offer

Hi there,
If you take the loyalty offer, you are not required to change your product.  However, you would not be eligible if you have any active deferred contracts.  Once you pass the 12 month period I'm sure we'll be able to add a discount if you still choose to commit to an additional 12 months.

If you apply for a job and get your application accepted, you'll be automatically invited should you still be here Wink
