Hello again,
Because of my previous problems, I have installed the router supplied by Plusnet, it's the Technicolor TG582n, problem is I cannot find the default username\password combo. Would be very grateful if some kind soul would point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

Assuming the problem you refer to is the one being discussed in your thread about DNS lookups, changing the router won't make any difference.
The TG582n is not as easy to configure as the Billion you were using, especially if the ultimate fix is to change the DNS server that the router uses for look ups.
