Leaving plusnet

I am leaving plusnet, I wasn't happy with my service and for some reason I wasn't able to use my phone, I have had new internet installed now and it is better but how do I cancel my plusnet contract?

It sounds like the reason you had poor broadband is because you had a phone fault. Did you report it?

Thanks a lot for getting in touch, I've just checked out the account and a conversation definitely needs to be had with our Customer Options Team about your cancellation. Whilst you've reported having previous issues with your phone service, I can't see any tickets on the account which suggest that it had been reported to us.
