Leaving Plusnet: I'm not happy

Hi,
I'm considering leaving plusnet, since i have experienced several technical issues with the connections and I'm not happy with the outcomes of the customer care.
would you please advice me on what to do?

ring up cancellations and ask for a MAC code
Cancellation  0845 140 6002  09:00 – 17.30 every weekday (except Bank Holidays)
Note that you will be liable for some deferred charges

@jelv Multiple topics? I only see 2 and the other is NOT related to this, As oldjim says, Get your MAC code.
