Came back for a couple of mins
Now it's just dead
Tried powering off the router for a min
It just can't connect
Is there anything specific you require
Or can you see that my line is OK

Some clues as to the service type, what the router reports (stats and lights) would be a good starting point.
If ADSL or FTTC do you have a dial tone ... a phone handset is an essential first step in helping yourself. If you cannot help yourself, call support.
If SoGEA there is not much you can do other than run the the diagnostic BOT, however the help pages are not currently available.
If it is FTTP ... you have posted in the wrong place.

I can't see anything - I don't work for Plusnet.
I would have said report the issue via the bot, but that option is not available at the moment - call them on 0330 123 9123.

So it IS working with fairly good stats. Why do you think it is not working?
BTW, if it is not working, how are you posting here?
It reports VDSL2 so you are either FTTC or SoGEA, therefore, this is the right board - as above, get a handset and check the line for a clear dial tone / noise ... these are the basic things all superusers should know... ![]()

OK, so RS happens - what are YOU doing to address it?
- Check the line quality with a telephone handset as suggested
- Use the fault diagnostic / reporting bot
- Call the support help line and get them to test the line
A line with lots of joints is more susceptible to issues - it is the nature of connections, especially if there is aluminium in the circuit. This not going to fix itself, you need to engage with the support process. That said, your stats look fairly healthy - just a shade under the maximum performance for a 80/20 service ... with good headroom to do better if there were a fast VDSL product available.
You probably have an intermittent joint on the line or your issue is something different, which you have not described.
