The engineer came and ran some tests and switched out the whole faceplate and reset the line and so far, so good, pings to bbc.co.uk are now 11ms and the speed is back to 80/20, no drops as of yet (fingers crossed)

Maximum data rate:28.194 Mbps / 103.190 Mbps
