IP Profile vs Stable Rate

I've been running steadily at 2500 Stable rate for some time but it dropped recently and I can't shift it back. On Stable Rate I get 1750 although the BT Speed Test says IP Profile 2500 (Actual 1413). Should I keep switching on and off or can you do something? The modem is plugged directly into the main plug and there's only a Dect telephone, no other devices.

The Stable rate is changed about every 12 hours I think when a report is received from BT
There is nothing you can do to fix it other than raising a ticket - I have flagged this up and I would expect a Comms Team member will pick it up later in the day
