Well I've been comparing current stats with previous ones, which has been a bit tricky comparing chalk with cheese in some instances, but I think things generally look better when looking at uptime and the amount of data especially compared to when you had longer sustained periods of low DS Noise Margin. Bit swaps are less, as perhaps one might expect with higher noise margins. The US bit errors with the now uncapped US, we know increase every time the phone rings, however the impact is less with double filtering, whether things would improve if the base-station was moved further away from the modem/router is a case of experimenting.
There is one thing we haven't yet addressed with respect to downstream errors and that is the Current Line speed. If that is still 37Mbps it needs bringing into line with the BT IP profile.
Can you post the Current Line speed (Login required).

It is still 37Mbps (see post above). But having it at that value brought down will not make any difference. There is no need for it to brought in-line with the BT IP profile.

Oh yes there is. If you try sending data at 3x what his line can cope with then some of it gets dropped -  at random, and you get errors.

Incorrect. Since the IP profile is already set at the correct value, it prevents data travelling faster than it can travel. Therefore there are no problems.

If the Plusnet IP is set too high, then  regardless of what the BT IP profile is set at, PN will indeed try sending data down the line too fast for what the line can cope with.
The result will be data dropped at the exchange equipment.
