Hi. I am trying to re open a ticket about my service which has been on going for the past year. I have a list of dates and times where my Internet service has dropped out and I require compensation or my service to be mutually ended without having to pay a fee.
@Justwelshy You cannot 're-open' a ticket.I don't know (apart from the issue you reported in June 23, but don't appear to have followed up) what your problems have been.
