Help with yet more outages please.

Hi All,

I have been experiencing losses of service with my broadband again. This has been happening on and off for years now and I would really like the problem to be sorted.

As ever, any advice would be much appreciated.

Sorry to hear this!

I did a test on your line but cannot seem to find any issues with the line or network currently.

The line also seems to be very stable.

Where are you seeing the issues mostly, is it more so on certain devices or certain parts of the house?

Might be the Wi-Fi Struggling in the house.

There has to be a problem - just look at the attached event log. So many 'DSL link down's.

I have my PC ethernet linked to the router, so it's not a wifi issue either.

Any other suggestions as if you look at the log it is happening a lot.
