Our usual speed was between 10 - 15 mbps. We started to get connection problems over a week ago. The sync speed dropped to 4.54mbps for several days then dropped to 2.27mbps for a day or so and today it is just 1.07mbps. What could the problem be?

Welcome to the forums, @bigwullie1 The problem could be a number of things, but my suggestion is to run through the suggestions on this topic: https://community.plus.net/t5/ADSL-Broadband/ADSL-Speed-faults/m-p/1270245#M297501 and post the requested information back on here, which may give someone a chance to make suggestions as to possible remedies.

@bigwullie1 Thanks for that, yes it is showing horrible speeds, but of more interest/use would be the DSL status page.

Thanks for getting in touch @bigwullie1
I'm sorry for the problems with your speed. Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net.
