For example today, i disconnect at 4.30pm, comes back on, then discons again, takes 7 mins to get back on, then discons again, ths happened for about half an hour.
This really needs sortng out, ive done all the otehr usual checks, differnt filters, from main socket, new modem, still happens, does any 1 else have this probelm?
if its not sorted this week, im off, i cant afford to mss all this work because of my connection.
ive been with plusnet for about 5 years, no 1 seems to be botehring to help me, despite this.

Stats should include sync speed, SNR (Noise) margin and attenuation. These figures should give us a fairly good idea as to the quality of your line.

Another thing to try is to remove the lower half faceplate from your master socket and use a modem lead to plug your router directly into the test socket with no filter or extension wiring and see if that makes a difference.
