Free domains after the mail servers were hacked

Does anyone remember or know where the portal page is that described the action PN were going to take after the mail servers were hacked some time ago?  I think it was around October 2006.  My recollection was that customers could have a new username, a free domain name and a few other ditties.  Can anyone help?

Thanks to all for the replies.  I had a problem with the renewal of a domain name and I was trying to get to the bottom of the sequence of events.  PN have sorted my problem anyway and so everything is good.
