Sorry to clog up with another thread but there was an informal faq for anyone wanting to upgrade from the old Extra Fibre (40mbps) to the new Extra Fibre (60mbps), but I can't find it.
Can anyone post a link please?

Thanks, that's the one. I notice an interesting point about the router. Since the router's free for the duration of the contract...and upgrading to 80/20 starts a new contract...does that mean that my previous contract is terminated and the router supplied with that contract therefore becomes mine?

Not quite correct - the router is, I believe, on a 12 month tie in so 12 months after you get it the router is paid for and yours (it may be 18 months on fibre but I don't think so)
