Hi Chris
Seems to have settled down, I havent raised as the slight drop isnt a huge issue in peak as it seems to be down to being a capacity limit by BT. I thought id ask before prodding you guys to investigate, I will raise if you think it will help others by telling BT theres a bigger problem though.

No i didnt see the mail - I'm not suprised to be honest, Burton was majorly shunned when FTTC was being rolled out and was only done because MPs and Residents pushed for it - Guess they thought they could do it without adding backhaul.

It certainly looks to be performing better at the minute, I'd continue to monitor and if need be you can raise this with us via http://faults.plus.net
