Early Activation

Hi guys,
I've set my parents up with Plusnet and have noticed from my monitoring that the old line (with Be*) has disconnected and the account coming up as cancelled.
Could you please have a look to see whether the account is ready to be activated? The official setup date is meant to be 1/10/2013.
I can PM account name/details as required.
