Dropping out again..

Hi,

I reported a fault a couple of weeks ago about my internet dropping out frequently. I was advised by customer services it had been identified as an outside fault and was now fixed. It has been ok for a few days but today the fault has appeared again and already dropped out 3 times in the last couple of hours.

Can someone look into this again please?
