Dropouts are becoming more frequent

Nothing has changed here but I am seeing more dropouts happening. See photo.

I have not touched or moved anything since my previous thread some time ago where my broadband connection was changed from 'Speed' to 'Stable' setting by Plusnet/Openreach. I expected 'Stable' to mean 'Stable' so maybe there is a developing line or hub fault? Just guessing here as I am not knowledgeable about these things.

I'll be 80 years old very shortly so don't ask me to run tests that involve me getting down on my knees, trying this, trying that etc.

Can someone run checks & tests from Plusnet's end to check if there is a fault and what it might be please?

Thank you.

@Madeleyite I assume you are on FTTC? Which router are you using?

Re: Dropouts are becoming more frequent

Thanks. In that case can you attach a screenshot of your Technical Log - Information page and your exported event log?

Re: Dropouts are becoming more frequent

Before I do that do I need to redact any data that might be sensitive?

E.g. My broadband user name?

Yes, sorry - redact your username from the Technical Log. Do not modify the Event log, though.
