It seems the 20GB on Plusnet Pro isn't enough for me, is it possible to downgrade my connection to the Plusnet Extra 60GB please?

You can change account when you want. Just go to Product Change from the top menu on the portal.

but if it is a different price, the Auto, is it waits for your account date, Mand used to do it manually for you, think there is sometninh in the pipeline that lets you have the G's though

Unfortunately we can't perform this for you immediately, as this would break your billing. Account changes are always scheduled for your next billing date which is the 16th, you can request one from this link. You have a little over 2GB to last you until then, you can keep an eye on it through View My Broadband Usage to make sure you don't go over your limit.
