Do you get told when 21cn upgrade will take place?

BT have said that they are aiming to have you provisioned 'As Soon As Possible', I will keep an eye on this for you and let you know when that have been provisioned for you. As we have not been given any dates for this, I am unable to offer any specific dates as to when this order will complete, but I will keep an eye on it and chase this up as much as possible. I am sorry that this has and still is taking so long to go through.
