Dead customer being charged for plusnet

My uncle died with a plusnet subscription over two years ago.

I have called to try and stop the direct debit...and Plusnet refuses to discuss the situation with me.

This is disgusting behaviour

Right click on the 'adamwalker' text in pink on adams previous post, select Open in new window. That will open adams profile page, you will see a link 'Send private message' on the RHS of the page

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
