Day 35 and still no broadband connection

I would like someone to call me from the CEO office as soon as possible. It is now 35 days after we moved house and we STILL do not have a broadband connection. I have spent over 7 hours on the phone to plusnet, had 3 engineer visits and have been promised numerous missed deadlines and call backs. This is completely unacceptable and although I have been more than patient up until now, I am at the end of my tether. I will be informing a well known BBC program of my complaint.

I am deeply sorry for the length of time it has taken to get you connected. I fully understand the inconvenience this has caused and can assure you that we have taken the appropriate actions to resolve this as quickly possible.

 

I have provided a recent update from our supplier via the account. However we are pushing this back to if there is any way that we can get you connected to fibre. I will get back to you shortly.
