Have you both tested the connection speed whilst you've been experiencing the issue with streaming or at another time?
I've just run a connection test on speedtest.net while buffering a Youtube video.
Result:
DL Speed - 1.02Mb/s
UL Speed - 0.36Mb/s
Closed the video and re-ran the test:
DL Speed - 0.86Mb/s
UL Speed - 0.37Mb/s

This problem now doesn't seem to be restricted to video streaming.
Browsing in geenral is very poor - it took me about 2 minutes earlier just to wait for a couple of websites to load properly.
I'm just trying to open speedtest.net to run a check on my speed but the website has been trying to load for the apst 30-40 seconds and nothing has appeared yet.

Hi DaiaBu,
Sorry for the delayed response.
Are you still having this issue?
I have checked your line and speeds appear to be syncing at the correct rate, your profile is set up correctly too.
Are you connected wired or wireless?
Chris

Hi Chris,
I've just got home from work and weirdly things seem much better tonight - speedtest.net gave me a download speed of 9.47Mb/s and I've just tried buffering some Youtube videos - they are still a little slow sometimes, but actually working now and are usable.
I was experiencing the problem both wirelessly and with my hardwired devices. I'm currently on a wireless laptop and it seems to be OK.

Glad to see it's working but it would be nice to get to the bottom of it!
If this does happen again please be sure to let me know so I can look straight into this. It would also be worth running a speedtest at the time.
Hopefully you won't need to and your connection will be perfect
