Connectivity

Hi all, I'm on a career break abroad and the person looking after the flat while I'm away says they've had connection issues for the last few weeks. It was working fine when I left, but apparently when they checked the speed last week it was very slow as per attachment and now it's not working at all. Can anyone help? Has anyone had compensation from Plusnet for unacceptable performance like this? Thanks!

If it is dead then report a fault as already suggested.

If it is working but slowly, it would be useful to either check the router's sync speed, or run a speed test via ethernet. Speed tests over wi-fi can be affected by wi-fi problems, and that wouldn't be Plusnet's problem. All very difficult remotely, but you may need evidence that the problem isn't at your end.
