My connection speed has halved this week to what it was. Please can you sort this out asap, I have already sent a message to the support team and they have not even responded. See attachments of what I was getting to what I am getting now. I have done all the ususal checks and reset the router by leaving it off for 1 hour then back on.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
