Frustrating weekend, problem started last night when we lost connection
and it didn't return until this morning.Since then I keep losing connection
sometimes after 5 minutes sometimes longer.Speed has also dropped from
0.9 to 0.24. Virtually unusable at the moment. Please help.

I suggest following though the advice on this dropping connection troubleshooting page. If that advice doesn't help fix the problem raise a fault using the Broadband Troubleshooter which carries out some automated tests on your line before submitting a fault ticket to the Plusnet faults team. Don't worry if these tests report 'no fault found', the faults team have more detailed tests in their armoury.

Hi chippie,
Sorry to hear about these problems. Did you change anything at all about your set up on the 10th as you had a solid 5 day long connection up to that point. Since then your connection is dropping out frequently and that has caused the speeds to decrease as a result.
Could you please report this here: https://portal.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults then reply back to the thread and I'll look further into that for you.

NB Change setup includes changes to anything plugged in to ANY phone socket, not just your router/PC setup.
