Just had an email back to say that the order's been placed to move you to another VP and it's expected to be complete by the end of today.

Line went off today, i think the switch happened TODAY so minimal downtime, if it has happened already. BT  IPPROFILE has dropped to 2meg could be due to the switch of VP, will wait 3 days and report if things have improved.

I'm not 100% sure if it's happened yet until I get confirmation but from the BT system I am still seeing an IP profile of 6000.

The BT tester site states otherwise, and my speed is limited to 2 meg

Never had an Profile issue in the past, i just thought that this may have been a sideffect from the possibility of the VP already having been changed...

Looks like it has been changed now. The default setting is 2000 so that's why you're seeing that but it should be on 6500 now so I'm going to have to get onto BT now to try to amend that. I'll let you know what the outcome is.

Great news, have you noticed the improvement during peak times?

Speed is ALWAYS 5.6 due to 6 meg limit on Plus net profile. So i COULD technically get faster speeds, NO disconnected always fast what ever the time!         
always max speed possible at peak time :)! Better then the 500-1.5meg i was getting.

Changed that to 7150 for you now. You should see that in the next 15 minutes.
