Confused over whether I am Full Fibre or not.

According to Plusnet I can now upgrade from Part Fibre to Full Fibre. But according to the Openreach web site my address is “We have no plans to build Full Fibre to this property yet”. But do suggest copper broadband which I assume I am already on. I do know that the local exchange is Full Fibre priority. So if I choose one of the Plusnet options would that just use my existing cable and wiring? Or would the EE option be the way to go? Though as I have a legacy email and webspace and domain address with Plusnet would to keep that when it gets moved to Greenby.

The openreach FTTP address checker appears to be broken.
All addresses I have checked, even those with FTTP already available report "We have no plans to build Full Fibre to this property yet".

@RichardB It is, as you say 'broken' - even my address, which is FTTP enabled, says it isn't available.

It's working fine here
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Ah! You're talking about the Openreach checker, yes that's wrong for me as well BUT the BTwholesale checker is correct
