Results look excellent both before and after. How are these errors manifesting themselves? More importantly, are you connecting to the router over cable or wireless?

Top readings have not moved at all still 19 up 76 down.
I will give it a few days then move new Router back up to my computer room.

I'm sorry but I can't make sense of your reply.
When your computer is connected to the router, are you getting errors or connection drops?
How are you detecting 'errors'?
If the connection is dropping, are the lights on the router changing?
If you only have a problem when connected over wireless, then regardless of how close yout computer is to the router, you have a wireless problem.
