Can you please change my profile from interleaved to fast path on the download side please

@toniajp2807 I doubt anything will happen over the weekend, and in any case, interleaving will most likely have been introduced by the DLM  for a reason - usually stability issues.

Yes they enabled it due to speed drops then fixed all faults and reset DLM on 1st Aug but it hasnt switched back to Fast Path annoyingly

Fair enough. I  am not sure if first-line support can do this these days, but there is no harm in ringing and asking. If they can't, you will have to wait until one of the forum Help Team staff pick this topic up.
