Hi,

I moved over from Sky to plusnet in May. I went through a cashback site to sign up and still have not had anything to confirm it. On the site says confirmed , but never had an email regarding the cashback, can anyone help?

I've just checked your account and it appears that the code used doesn't include a cashback deal from us directly or through one of our affiliates so you would need to chase this up with the cashback site you went through.
