Cancellation fee

Hi there. I'm trying to figure out my cancellation fee however the information on the site doesn't actually tell me how to figure it out myself. Nor am I able to call Plusnet as I don't have a phone and the information doesn't seem to be anywhere on my account.

Any help with finding out the figure would be much appreciated 😃

@liamandpoppy you can get an estimate from sites such as https://switchity.co.uk/broadband-early-termination-fee-calculator/

However the only way to get an accurate figure is to call COTS (Customer options) on 0800 013 2632

Look again at the PN website. I can't remember where but there is a page on how to calculate ETC's. I think it's under LEGAL.

I use £13 as the wholesale cost but that figure's out of date and probably too low since the recent wholesale increases.
