I'll check on this and let you know what the problem is, there could be a number of reasons causing this but I'll have a look and let you know.

Turns out it is a postcode mismatch and CS are sorting it out now.

They are now up and running, thanks to all for the assistance. They even had a call from Plusnet to tell them the line was activated, excellent IMO.
