I am looking for a Broadcom 6358 router as this will (hopefully) provide the most reliability and the ability to tweak the SNR on my line. Also I would like wireless N as G isn't cutting it anymore.
I saw on a forum once that PlusNet gave out a Netgear DGN2200 which has a Broadcom 6358 chipset, can a staff member confirm if this can still happen?
Apart from that, any suggestions?

Hi sjrinfroyle
We did trial a handful of DGN2200's but we didn't get any more. We only supply the Thomsons at the moment.

Not quite what you're asking for as it's a 6328 and not a 6358, but you could try the new billion bipac 7700n. I have one, and it holds the connection well, allows tweaking of the snr margin and is wireless n.

The Netgear DG834GT has a 6348 which I found to be better for holding on to my 62 dB dsa connection than the 6358 (IMSMR) in my DG834N v1, the routers being wired to the PC.
The routers are loaded with DGTeam firmware.

I used a DG834GT for a while and it didn't hold my 40dB line well at all and then it broke one day.
I have recieved a TP-Link TD-W8960N today and it has a 6358. Definitely better than any other router I have had!
