Broadband speed

Hi all, I have been with Plusnet for many years and recently moved and can no longer get full fibre so have downgraded to part fibre, I am getting around 30 mbps which is-around what Plusnet said I would get but I see EE are offering me 67 for only £1 a month more. My question is if EE can give me more speed why can’t Plusnet?

If you are using a desktop/laptop - click the 'paper clip' to the bottom left of the reply window, and follow the prompts.

Re: Broadband speed

@Force9longtime   EE will not be offering you 67Mbs, their website just shows "up to" speeds. Your speed will depend on the distance to the cabinet, as shown in the BTW DSL Checker.

Re: Broadband speed

Fix

That will do, and I have no idea why EE say you can get 67Mbps - you can't, you must be a long way from the cab.
