Broadband solid orange light Plusnet hub 2

Hi , Have standard broadband and the orange light is solid and been like this since yesterday afternoon. Tried all the power off  and reset.  Plusnet says network outage but at first I got it will take 4 hours. Then after that by 7pm today still no joy . Now another text saying network usually fixed in 4 hours.     

cannot seem to get anyone on the phone since my first phone .

If it is an OR  network issue the '4 hours'  is a standard response, as most issues are resolved within that time-frame, but sometimes it is a little optimistic - it all depends on what the problem is, and OR will not pass that detail on.

Thanks for that, managed to speak to someone just now , been updated to estimated repair time now is the 25/04/25.
