I am in the town, 2.3 km away from the exchange and yes in Liverpool. Definitely not in the countryside although i wish i was!

In that case, you definitely need PN staff assistance. I'm further from the exchange, and get 7.5/7.8Mb/s - with a much higher noise margin.

Fortunately, 10 minutes walk, and I'm in the Derbyshire countryside.

Oh how lovely. Well thats just perfect right now!
Hopefully a PN team member will check in on this post tomorrow. If not I'll have to try and find a time i can call them.
