My hub arrived and I followed the instructions but there is no internet light showing. I have completed the steps again but to no avail. Phone line seems fine. I cant get a reply on Twitter and the call centre seems to be closed. Any ideas?

If the wiring is fine, check your username. I made a mistake when I first connected to PN years ago. Can't recall what it actually was but something to do with the plus.net or was it plusdsl.net part seems to ring bells. Good luck.
