Broadband keeps dropping out

Hello, I need to contact Plusnet, but there is no way to do it because i have to send a text and i cant, i cant call either and don't seem to be able to tell plusnet i have a problem unless i pay, which i cant do.

No idea what i can do, seems odd i cant contact Plusnet without having to pay for a phone call of text message, why cant i do it on the website, from my account, why the texts and calls?!

Assuming you've got a phone, you can call PN FoC on  0800 432 0200

Edit:  Dunno why I bothered to tell you that as I already told you exactly the same thing less than 2 months ago here

Not a plusnet problem prob btw this has been an prob with BT, Vodaphone, EE i tried them all, they have put new fibre here too but teh wire in the builds i think is bad, and that would be hard to replace, would be best to knocok down out flats and jsut start again you are not getting to these cables so ah well, thats 40 yr old dropwire that has been eposed to floods here, it will all be corroded now, no one kneos where these cables go, not BT or OR, several enginners ove the span of 5 yrs, its just a mystery, stupid old cables
