Broadband keeps dropping off and when it's on, its speed is much slower than usual

Since Thursday, our broadband has been frequently disconnecting and reconnecting every so often, and when it is connected, its speed is a lot, lot slower (in the 250-800 kpbs range)

Any reason why this would be happening? Especially since that this was a sudden occurance.

I can see that we've raised a telephone fault for you on this ticket here and that the estimated response time for a fix is tomorrow 3/4/18.

Let us know how you get on once the engineer has attended the fault - if you need us, just shout.
