Can I also double check that the engineer that is arranged are the ones that physically fix lines and cabling etc. Previous engineer visit last year were from the Openreach guys that only dealt with line speeds etc and couldn't touch anything as "that's the other guys that deal with that". I assume there are different teams for different tasks

@willcutforth can you let me know if a rescheduled engineer visit can be done as per my early posts? I need to make sure I'm working from home on that day so need a bit of notice to arrange.
