Phone does not appear on the portal, just broadband. If i dial the old number it says its not recognised.
My download speed when connected is half what it was before the fault, would one of the two legs being disconnected actually cause exactly half speed ?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
