If you move to BBYW (should it be suitable for you) you can get one, barring the P&P charges.

If I switch to BBYW Option 2 and find it doesn't suit me can I switch back? (and keep the modem if I stay for 12 months)

Quote from: James Yes, that would be absolutely fine.
Thanks for that James, shall I do the upgrade via my account and how long before I will not be able to switch back to Broadband+ ?

I don't believe we have any timescales for removing the ability to move back to one of the legacy products. I don't see any reason why we would either tbh.

Just one quick question, if I choose to have a wireless router instead of a wired one is there anyway that you know of to turn the wireless transmitter part of it off, I only ask because I don't actually need wireless at the moment but may do in the future but not too keen on sitting all day next to a router frying my brain

I did add to the ticket that I wanted a router and would pay the delivery charge.
Can you chase it up please.

I've ordered the hardware and put a ticket on your account which I'd be grateful if you could read (Both of them)

Have replied to the ticket, can you not take the delivery charge on my direct debit or do you need credit card details?

Not sure. You can always changed it back, if it was turned on in the first place.

I thought you were going to come up with a smart answer, like my new router doesn't require it or something like that, now you have disappointed me..lol
I don't know if it was on or not, maybe I set it to low.
