BT Wholesale Diagnostic Test

Are we all getting fed up & tired of kept doing first page test before next page to do a further diagnostic test to get your ip profile?
Well, not anymore, you can ran BT Wholesale run diagnostic test straight away to get your ip profile. Please note: Speedtest throughput isn't correct. Use a normal BT speed test here: http://www.speedtest.btwholesale.com/
Quickest way to check ip profile here: http://www.speedtest.btwholesale.com/PerformanceTesterWS/diagnostics.do

Re: BT Wholesale Diagnostic Test

There is a purpose to the first test though - I believe the ISPs can see your results.

Re: BT Wholesale Diagnostic Test

I think ISP's only interesting is your IP Profile rate on your line. The first page of test only show throughput speed without ip profile. The 2nd test page (further diagnostic) is showing both throughput speed and ip profile.

Re: BT Wholesale Diagnostic Test

This post has been updated http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,96155.0.html
However I have run the test twice both giving this result
Quote
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 0.01Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 0.83 Mbps
So something is a bit adrift

Re: BT Wholesale Diagnostic Test

standard and others are seeing the same result http://forums.thinkbroadband.com/btsupplier/f/4298498-bt-wholesale-diagnostic-test.html#Post4298525
Note that an IP profile of 0.83Mbps on Fibre wouldn't be very good

Re: BT Wholesale Diagnostic Test

RobertoS had done his test with fibre as it did show ip profile on both downstream and upstream on his fibre but upload throughput is still not right. His downstream/upstream ip profile showing as: 57.51Mb and 20Mb

Re: BT Wholesale Diagnostic Test

Can you please note - my post was in reference to the upstream speed and nothing to do with IP profile which is correct
