BT IP profile stuck

A couple of weeks ago I had a temporary blip and synced at 11607 which reduced my IP profile down to 10000 from 11000. Since then my sync has been around 12649 yet my profile have not returned to 11000. Is there anyway of giving it a kick?

Hi George,
Last update from BT was 10000Kbps on the 13th.
If it's not changed over the course of the weekend I'll see what I can do.  I'd be grateful if you could keep an eye on your sync rate over the course of the weekend.
I'll need be in on Monday (going to Liverpool to sort out a passport!) but I'll be back on Tuesday.

Hi James,
That's odd because after the blip I was connected at 12582 for well over 5 days before I tried a resync to see if that helped then again 48 hours ago, The connection remains stable now unless I resync.

Still stuck after a several weeks so a kick in the right direction would be appreciated. Last re sync was 144 hours ago.
